Abstract
We report the observation of an anisotropy in the muon flux induced by cosmic rays. The muons were observed about 3,000 meters water equivalent underground with the Super-Kamiokande detector resulting in an muon energy threshold of about 1 TeV. We also present an update on the oscillation of neutrinos produced from cosmic ray interaction in the atmosphere using the full Super-Kamiokande data.
