Abstract

We have analyzed ALLEGRO's data for the year 1997 searching for monochromatic gravitational wave (GW) signals. For this, we had to take into account the Doppler shift effect caused by the rotation and translation of the Earth. We have monitored the modulation of one of ALLEGRO's power spectral density peaks (near 887.5 Hz called “Mystery mode”). If the “Mystery mode” peak is modulated according to the Doppler shift variation, it is a candidate to be a monochromatic GW signal.
