Abstract
In this paper we study the heavy-quark contribution to the proton non-singlet structure functions . In this way we use very recently results for massive operator matrix elements, which contribute to the heavy flavor Wilson coefficients in unpolarized deeply inelastic scattering in the region Q2>>m2. The method of QCD analysis of non-singlet structure function, based on their Jacobi polynomials reconstruction from perturbative QCD predictions for the Mellin moments, is also described.
