Abstract
Some selected topics in flavour violation and flavour physics studied in ep collisions at HERA are reported, showing the results of the ZEUS and H1 Collaborations. The discussed topics are the lepton-flavour violating interactions in which a muon or a τ lepton is produced in the final state of an ep interaction, and the production of single top in flavour-changing neutral current processes. Some results on the production of charmonium are also illustrated.
