Abstract
We summarise a detailed MSSM analysis of the dominant contributions to the decay rate assuming non-minimal flavour violation, light Higgs sector and large tan β. We investigate the case when the LHC finds light MSSM higgs states and, at the same time, the decay rate above the Standard Model rate, i.e., the scenario which would be ruled out under the assumption of minimal flavour violation.
