Abstract
The Neutrino Oscillation Physics working group at NuFactO5 discussed the status of the present generation of experiments, the plans for the next generation, and the physics performance of the various proposed second generation facilities. The present knowledge of the parameters that govern neutrino oscillations was review and the contributions that the up-coming and future experiments can make was discussed. The status of neutrino phenomenology was also discussed and a number of non-standard theoretical descriptions of the neutrino were presented. This paper summarizes the experimental, phenomenological and theoretical contributions to the working group and the conclusions of the discussions amongst the participants.
