Abstract
The QCD parton model allows to establish approximate relations among transverse momentum dependent quark distribution functions and, simultaneously, to fix an energy scale, involved in the parametrization of the correlator, which determines the Q2 dependence of the azimuthal asymmetries in inclusive reactions, like SIDIS and Drell-Yan. Some of the present data support such model predictions. We suggest further measurements of asymmetries and an alternative way of determining (approximately) the proton transversity.
