Abstract
The connection between the leptogenesis and low energy CP-violation in the lepton (neutrino) sector is discussed, taking into account the recent progress in the understanding of the importance of lepton flavour effects in leptogenesis. It is shown that a baryon asymmetry compatible with the observations can be generated if the only CP-violating leptogenesis parameters are the CP-violating phases in the neutrino mixing (PMNS) matrix. In this case there exists a correlation between the magnitudes of CP-violation effects in neutrino oscillations, or the effective Majorana mass in (ββ)0ν-decay, and of the baryon asymmetry of the Universe.
