Abstract
Electro-weak penguin and leptonic decays provide an indirect probe for physics beyond the Standard Model and contribute to the determination of Standard Model parameters. The copious data collected at the B-Factories have significantly improved the experimental precision on these final states. A review of recent experiment results is presented.
