Abstract
I discuss the implications of the observed masses and mixings of neutrinos for unification beyond the standard model and point out the important role that ongoing searches for the remaining mixing angle θ13, neutrinoless double beta decay as well as possible searches for a ZⲠat LHC can play in this discussion.
