Abstract
A computer modeling simulation was performed for 1,4-dichlorobenzene (1,4-DCB) decomposition in air in an electron beam initiated plasma reactor using computer codes KINETIC and GEAR. 78 species and 385 reactions were considered. Five main groups of reactions were included. A good agreement was achieved between experimental and calculation results. Mechanism of decomposition of 1,4-DCB was proposed.
