Abstract
The temperature variation of thermal conductivity, thermal expansion coefficients, and nano-size free volumes by means of positron annihilation lifetime (PAL) technique are determined. Correlation of positron annihilation and thermal conductivity has been discussed in terms of phonons as the main heat carriers.
