Abstract
The K-shell X-ray intensity ratios, the production cross-sections, the average K-shell fluorescence yields were measured for Zr and Sb elements and their compounds. The samples were excited by 59.5Â keV X-rays from a 241Am annular radioactive source. The K X-rays emitted by the samples were counted by an Ultra-LEGe detector with a resolution of 150Â eV at 5.9Â keV. The experimental values were compared with the theoretical and other experimental values for pure elements.
