Abstract
⺠This study is justified by the possibility to use radiation for sterilization in food packaging. ⺠LDPE and LDPE/OMMT films were subjected to e-beam irradiation at different doses. ⺠Further, the photo-oxidation aging of both unfilled and nanofilled films was investigated. ⺠A synergic effect of both OMMT loading and e-beam on the reduction of resistance was observed.
