Abstract
⺠The results were presented for elements with atomic numbers 20â¤Zâ¤30 by alpha impact. ⺠The present semi-empirical formulas were derived from both theoretical and experimental values. ⺠The available experimental data are directly fitted to deduce the empirical one. ⺠The results obtained for each element separately give the most reliable values than those obtained by a global fit. ⺠This procedure is proposed as a black-box way to quickly estimate the cross section.
