Abstract
âºMonoamine oxidase activity, lipid peroxidation and lipofuscin increased with aging. âºGlucose transporter expression and membrane fluidity decreased with aging in brain. âºEstradiol administration to aging rats reversed the age associated alterations. âºEstradiol showed its antilipofuscin, antilipidperoxidative, and anti-aging action.
