Abstract
► Candida albicans methionine synthase is a potential target for fungistatic agents. ► We were unable to crystallize the wild-type protein. ► We have crystallized the protein by mutating residues on a surface loop. ► The mutated residues are involved in crystal contacts. ► These crystal forms can be used in an ongoing program to study methionine synthase - small molecule interactions.
