Abstract
⺠We examined the expression of ZBP-89 in CCRCC and renal tissues by RT-PCR, Western Blot and IHC. ⺠ZBP-89 expression was downregulated in CCRCC tissues compared with adjacent kidney tissues. ⺠ZBP-89 expression in CCRCC was significantly correlated with malignant phenotype features. ⺠ZBP-89 protein expression is an independent prognostic factor in CCRCC patients.
