Abstract
⺠The dominant negative designs termed A-ZIPs heterodimerize with B-ZIPs. ⺠We designed a chimeric protein with two ubiquitin motifs at the N-terminal of A-ZIP. ⺠It results in degradation of B-ZIP heterodimerization partners more efficiently. ⺠This process of enhanced degradation is inhibited by proteasome inhibitor MG-132.
