Abstract
⺠MMP-1 is a member of the zinc-dependent endopeptidase family. ⺠MMP-1 has no cytotoxic effects on BMSCs. ⺠MMP-1 can promote the myogenic differentiation of BMSCs. ⺠MyoD and desmin were chosen as myogenic markers in this study.
