Abstract
⺠We have developed a calibration standard for the BAN50 ELISA for Aβ oligomers. ⺠A 16-mer multiple antigenic peptide (MAP) gave stable signals in the BAN50 ELISA. ⺠The standard curve covered the required range for signals from biological samples. ⺠A similar approach could provide a calibration standard for other oligomer ELISAs.
