Abstract
⺠We identified Fos as a target gene for Notch2 signaling. ⺠Fos is highly expressed in marginal zone B cells. ⺠Fos overexpression increase number of marginal zone B cells. ⺠Notch2-Fos axis controls marginal zone B cells development.
