Abstract
⺠We isolated lipid droplets from wild-type and mutant yeast strains that produce 'supersized' lipid droplets. ⺠We examined protein and phospholipid compositions of lipid droplets. ⺠We found that phospholipid composition of lipid droplets can influence their proteome.
