Abstract
⺠We applied molecular dynamics (MD) to explore the structural plasticity of an RNA helicase. ⺠We performed two MD simulations in the absence and in the presence of ATP. ⺠Our simulations indicate that binding of ATP induces a closure of the ssRNA entrance. ⺠MD complements the picture provided by crystal structures.
