Abstract
⺠The regulatory sequences recognized by TcrX have been identified. ⺠The regulatory region comprises of inverted repeats segregated by 30 bp region. ⺠The mode of binding of TcrX with regulatory sequence is unique. ⺠In silico TcrX-DNA docked model binds one of the inverted repeats. ⺠Both phosphorylated and unphosphorylated TcrX binds regulatory sequence in vitro.
