Abstract
⺠This is the first structural information of human MBD4 glycosylase domain. ⺠The helices, including α9, α8, α1, and 12-residue preceding α1, form a hydrophobic core of the protein. ⺠The different of charge distributions on the surface of the protein between the human and mouse MBD4.
