Abstract
⺠The COMM domain of COMMD1 mediates binding to δENaC. ⺠COMMD1 reduces the cell surface population of δENaC. ⺠COMMD1 increases the population of δENaC-ubiquitin. ⺠Both endogenous and transfected δENaC localize with COMMD1 and transferrin suggesting they are located in early/recycling endosomes.
