Abstract
⺠Assembly of Notch intracellular domain (NICD)-containing protein complexes is dose-dependent. ⺠MAML becomes the limiting factor for formation of canonical NICD complex when NICD level is high. ⺠There are differences in the NICD protein complexes formed by individual Notch paralogs. ⺠Among the four NICDs, Notch4 ICD shows a unique protein complex profile.
