Abstract
⺠Knock down of hCLP46 by RNAi impairs mammalian Notch signaling. ⺠hCLP46 affects neither cell surface Notch1 expression nor ligand-receptor binding. ⺠Knock down of hCLP46 inhibits U937 cell-growth by up-regulation of CDKN1B.
