Abstract
⺠STRAP is specifically correlated with c-Jun expression and activation in fibroblasts. ⺠STRAP inhibits c-Jun ubiquitylation in vivo and prolongs the half-life of c-Jun. ⺠STRAP expression increases expression of the AP-1 target gene, cyclin D1, and promotes cell autonomous growth.
