Abstract
⺠We produced MS2 VLPs which packaging HIV-1 gag mRNA in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. ⺠The RNA contents of MS2 VLPs are protected from degradation by the capsid protein. ⺠MS2 VLP-mediated mRNA vaccine induced antigen-specific antibody responses in mice.
