Abstract
⺠We developed a new reporter method for measurement of cGMP using CRE and G-kinase. ⺠cGMP is a vital intracellular messenger and synthesized by guanylate cyclase (GC). ⺠The receptor-type GC-expressed cells with this reporter responded to its ligand. ⺠This reporter enables efficient screening for GC agonists for clinical applications.
