Abstract
► The essential genes of 11 Burkholderia strains were predicted by DEG_match. ► The unusual distribution of essential genes and tRNA genes in B. cenocepacia AU-1054 was discovered. ► Chromosome translocation is found and suggested to be responsible for the novel phenomenon. ► Chromosome translocation made the third chromosome in B. cenocepacia AU-1054 be more important than before.
