Abstract
⺠Transmembrane helices specifically interact. ⺠GxxxG-like motifs might be involved in helix dimerization. ⺠The sequence context highly modulated the structure and stability of a helix dimer. ⺠The lipid bilayer properties might influence structure and stability of a helix dimer.
