Abstract
⺠Regulation of lysophosphatidic acid receptors is poorly known. ⺠Here we show that intense crosstalk exits between LPA1 and EGF receptors. ⺠EGF induced LPA1 receptor desensitization and phosphorylation. ⺠Angiotensin II and LPA induced EGF receptor transactivation. ⺠Angiotensin II-induced LPA1 phosphorylation involved EGF receptor transactivation.
