Abstract
⺠We examine rice small C2-domain proteins, which are responsive to elicitor signals. ⺠We show that OsERG3 binds Ca2+ ions but not phospholipids. ⺠OsERG3 keeps its cytosolic location even in the presence of elicitor signals.
