Abstract
⺠Streptonigrin as an inhibitor of β-catenin/Tcf transcription factor. ⺠Streptonigrin showed more evident cytotoxicity in β-catenin-activated cells. ⺠Inhibition effects depend on suppression of β-catenin/Tcf complexes with DNA.
