Abstract
												⺠O-GlcNAcylation decreases drastically during myogenesis in mouse C2C12 myoblasts. ⺠The decrease in O-GlcNAcylation is involved in myoblast fusion. ⺠The expression of myogenin and mrf4 is inhibited by the inactivation of O-GlcNAcase.
