Abstract
⺠Combining TLC, overlay assay, and MS allows firm structural characterization of GSLs. ⺠TLC-MS eases GSL receptor identification of antibodies, toxins, viruses, and bacteria. ⺠Coupling of TLC with MS provides advances in animal and human glycosphingolipidomics.
