Abstract
⺠Salubrinal differentially regulates osteoblast and osteoclast differentiations. ⺠eIF2α phosphorylation down-regulates NFATc1 during RANKL induced osteoclastogenesis. ⺠ATF4 up-regulation contributes osteoblast differentiation in response to salubrinal. ⺠Salubrinal prevents bone destruction induced by RANKL in vivo.
