Abstract

âº iNOS/NO signaling regulates the GCDC-induced apoptosis in hepatocytes. âº Low dose of the exogenous NO donor suppresses apoptosis through Akt/survivin axis. âº High dose of the exogenous NO donor promotes apoptosis through p38MAPK/CHOP pathway.
