Abstract
⺠Antibody selection impacts the relative protein yield of cTn from immunoaffinity purification. ⺠Amino acid variation in the epitope region abolished the binding between antibody and cTnI. ⺠Proteolytic degradation compromised the detection of cTnI by monoclonal antibodies. ⺠Phosphorylation did not significantly affect the antibody recognition of cTnI.
