Abstract
- Plasmodium falciparum is a challenge due to appearance of drug resistance.
- Genome wide in silico analysis of NER components from P. falciparum is reported.
- Parasite genome contains all NER components except clear homologue for p62 and XPC.
- Similar studies with drug resistant and sensitive parasite strains can be done.
