Abstract
► Cyclin D1 may regulate the expression of Cl− channels. ► Cyclin D1 may regulate the functional activities of Cl− channels via CDK4 and CDK6. ► Cyclin D1-CDK4 may phosphorylate Cl− channels resulting in channels' inactivation. ► Cyclin D1-CDK6 may phosphorylate Cl− channels resulting in channels' activation.
