Abstract
⺠Acidic Ginseng polysaccharide (AGP) could markedly induce both morphological and functional maturation of BMDCs. ⺠AGP could markedly up-regulate expression of key surface markers, which will trigger a chain of immune responses. ⺠AGP could markedly increase production of cytokine IL-12, which will benefit Th1 response.
