Abstract
⺠A series of thiazolo-pyrazolyl derivatives were designed and synthesized. ⺠Derivatives Vq, Vo and Vh showed potent XO inhibitory and free radical scavenging activities. ⺠Docking highlights importance of Arg 880, Phe 914, Phe 1009, Leu 1011 and Phe 1013 residues for binding of inhibitor.
