Abstract
⺠The distribution of TH and somatostatin-28 (1-12) has been described in the diencephalon of alpaca by immunohistochemistry. ⺠No double-labelled neurons have been found, although both substances were detected in the same nuclei. ⺠The distribution of catecholaminergic cellular groups in alpaca brain is similar to that found in species of the same order.
