Abstract
► We show the expression of GIRK2 channel subunit in the mouse brain during perinatal development. ► GIRK2 protein is expressed in granule cells as they enter the inner, premigratory part of the EGL, but not in the outer, proliferative part of the EGL. ► The differential expression of GIRK2 may provide a significant route for modulating different aspects of cerebellar development.
