Abstract
⺠SARMs have anabolic activity on muscle over prostate. ⺠The imidazolopyrazole was discovered as SARM agonist with mixed agonistic and antagonistic activities on prostate. ⺠The imidazolopyrazole appeared to display selective anabolic effects without significant effect on the HPG axis. ⺠The imidazolopyrazole enhanced the preference of ovariectomized rats for sexually intact male rats over nonsexually ovariectomized females.
