Abstract
▶ SF-1 is essential for aromatase PII activity in ovarian granulosa cell line KGN. ▶ SF-1 is required for BRCA1/BARD1 knockdown mediated aromatase level increase. ▶ SF-1 interacts with BRCA1/BARD1 complex. ▶ SF-1 is not a substrate of BRCA1/BARD1 ubiquitin E3 ligase.
